Shipping & Returns

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates (providing tracking number) for you based on the shipping provider (Fedex, UPS, USPS) which is between 1-6 business days. Please also count with 1-2 business days for smaller items and 3-5 business days handling time for large floor lamps since the size and weight a custom- made, wooden crate has to be made to ship them safely.

Though the shipping rates for these heavy items are weight-based (item weights can be found on their detail page), we kindly provide FREE shipping standard ground service for our customers in contiguous United States (exclude Alaska, Hawaii, all other insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories in the Caribbean.) If you would like us to ship to Canada please contact us and request a quote along mentioning the item you are interested in.

 

Return and exchanges

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition and packaging. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 14 days after receiving your item(s). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If your order arrived damaged: please open and inspect your piece(s) upon receipt, and report possible damages to us. Please provide a digital photo of the broken piece and packing material for insurance purposes. If another piece is available from your order, we'll send an exchange for you. Cancellations not accepted. Contact us if you need to cancel.

  

 

When finally pieces are going to your home or office, we also take maximum care to assure they will arrive safely.
